This is going to save my life:
It's an AMT (Adaptive Motion Trainer) - I did 35:00 on this today and not even 1 tiny bit of tightness or pain in my knees. It was a whole-body workout and I worked just as hard, if not harder, as running!
You can imagine that this totally made my day. I really don't even care about the physical activity I got today; the boost of confidence and psychological impact it made is more than words can say.
It's a new day - no more poo-pooing over my knees. It's time to get back up and running!
