HOLY SMOKES!!! Time is getting away from me and I haven't been able to catch up on the training. First of all HOORAY for the 10 MILER!! That is so awesome!! You are running DOUBLE DIGITS!!!!! Awesome!! It really looks like you are RIGHT where you want to be. You must be SO proud!! I think it is great. And you did the hard stuff in the winter. Wait until Spring hits....those longer runs are going to seem SO easy outside!! I am in awe...really...total awe!! I am still hitting the treadmill 3 days a week, and last week I got in 4 days of running. I am trying. New goal: July race with you ;)
Thanks Aim! I'm trying to figure out how to 'peak' when I'm supposed to peak and be ready to go on race day!Great job on your running - we're going to do a race together = PROMISE!
